What about viewing security?

This is probably one of the biggest concerns for Private Sellers and is also of paramount importance to you.

You may be asked to bring ID to the viewing - Utility Bill, Driving Licence Etc.

You may be asked to supply the name of your Estate Agent.

NEVER EVER CONDUCT VIEWINGS ON YOUR OWN - ALWAYS HAVE SOMEONE WITH YOU. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS DECLINE THE VIEWING.
